Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged in transit
- The item is faulty or not as described
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, so please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How to report a damaged or faulty item: Contact us at madsgrimes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the damage or fault. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Please note that all original artworks and ceramics are one-of-a-kind and replacements may not always be possible — in such cases a full refund will be issued.
