Commission Policy

Please read the following before placing a commission request. By commissioning a piece of artwork, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What I Offer

I create bespoke artwork across a range of styles and mediums, including:

• Custom illustrations (family portraits, pet illustrations, invitations, greeting cards, and more)
• Bespoke canvas paintings
• Digital artwork and design for businesses, including branding, logos, and social media assets

Whether you're an individual looking for a personal piece or a business in need of digital creative work, I'd love to help bring your vision to life.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final files are delivered. Payment can be made securely through the store at checkout.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. Once we've discussed your commission, I'll provide you with an estimated completion date. Typically, commissions take between 1–3 weeks from the approval of the initial concept.

Revisions

Each commission includes two rounds of revisions as part of the agreed price. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to an extra charge, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time and work already invested. If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Completed commissions are non-refundable.

Usage Rights

All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are welcome to print and share your piece for personal enjoyment — and crediting me when sharing on social media is always appreciated!

Business commissions: Commercial use of any artwork, including use for branding, marketing, or any business purposes, requires prior discussion and agreement. A commercial licence may incur an additional fee. Please mention your intended use when getting in touch so I can provide an accurate quote.

I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise at the time of commissioning.

What I Need From You

To get started, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

• Reference images or inspiration
• Preferred style and colour palette
• Intended use of the artwork (personal or commercial)
• Your deadline, if you have one
